newcamd is sharing protocol, it's OK, but you are using Cccam emulator which is not recommended for use with our server. You have to replace it with mgcamd 1.35.

Hello,
I bought the VIP Hotbird 18.02.2011.
It worked only on the first night, and yesterday the server is offline.
Using the protocol CCcam 2.1.3
I also tried to put cws line in the file var/ keys/newcamd.list, but does not work.
Using the plugin CCcaminfo see that all servers are offline
I can understand what's the problem?

сссam is not protocol, it is emulator which is not recommended for use with our server. Change it and use mgcamd, and you will forget about problems.

I've already installed mgcamd 1.3.5, I inserted the CWS lines in the file newcamd.list, but does not work the same.
What should I do now to see something?

1. Complete your signature- which receiver is used, emu, subscription, protocol etc.

There is no problem with the package. Everything is working OK.
Advice- re-flash your DM with Gemini Enigma and install mgcamd emulator and try again.

I bought a SKY UK package yesterday (username: tkatbeh) with Newcamd525 protocol but still can not view ANY of the scrambled channels

I am using an Openbox S9 HD receiver, with an up to date software
I am using MGCamd emulator, I added the settings of my account to newcamd.list and the required SKY UK settings into the ignore.list.

I appologise for not being able for providing a log file.

is my account active at the moment? if yes, what else do I have to do to view the channels?

I have now done everything to get a log off of my dreambox and still 3csyslog logs nothing. My pc ip is 192.168.1.2 so i have put that in the mg_cfg but when i use telnet to kill mgcamd then then start it again nothing logs in 3csyslog. Also 3csyslog doesnt have a setting page so i cant change anything in there. Can somebody please help me as sky sports 1 is still freezing every few mins on every channel as i have tried all 4 sky sports 1 on my dreambox. Please please please can someone help me get a log off my dreambox even if it is through teamviewer as i know there is a problem with sky sports but until I provide a log then nothing can be fixed. This is what is in my mg_cfg

# 04 file, appended ! delete it by yourself, before it eat all your hdd

My pc ip is 192.168.1.2 and I have 3csyslog installed and it is listening to 192.168.1.2 but it still logs nothing. Please does anyone have any other suggestions as I have followed the tutorial to the word but it is still not working and im still having freezing on sky sports no matter what channel I try as there is 4-5 for each sky sports channels but until I provide a log I know this means nothing. Ive checked my internet connection and that is fine too so it must be something to do witrh the server or my setup. Cheers, Rob aka insomniac

1. You can check if your account is active or nor entering billing system. Typically, when the user is banned, he will see the message like "Your account has neeb disabled..." If not- everything is OK. Check your subscription status.
2. Without log-file, we are not able to provide you with any assistance. Sorry.

Hi, use ready made priority and ignore lists from our server. Use search on the forum.
