What about the 2nd log ?

It is seen from the log how you zapped the channels.
SIDs  - 107D 1332 1076 1078    means that you tried sky sports channels.  SID 1076 is allowed on the server, the remaining 3 are not. According to your 2nd log, everything is OK ...

I did not zap the channels i will only change channel every 10 seconds so you are wrong I never and I mean never change the channel more than 6 times a minute as its against the rules. Also in the 2nd log it was freezing too on every sky sports 1 channel, I have 5 2 that work 3 that dont but even the 2 that work do freeze but i cannot seem to prove that, thanks anyway

Read the Moderator comments once again, please, and check your log (1 or 2)
Finally, scan transponder again manually, not in the automatic mode

So are you saying im on the wrong channel ? Cos it does this on all 3 of the sky sports 1 channels that work ! Serioously there must be something wrong as I get the above message no matter what sky sports 1 channel I use. I have re-scanned transponder manually and im watching the logs and im getting:

Please ask other users watching SkyUK and who is not claiming against freezed- HOW MANY CHANNELS of SkySports 1 (etc) are there in the package and WHICH ONE is right? (Parameters, frequency, etc). That is the most efficient way, I suppose.
Cause, only ONE of all channels should work OK.

As ive already stated I get this message on all 3 sky sports 1 channels, on 2 of them its say pid 0x0513 failed to decode and on 1 of them its says CaPID: 0x00C0 ProvID: 000000 Mgcamd emm stopped
So its not a case of finding the 1 that doesnt freeze, they all freeze and i know i have my transponders right, mg_cfg right and my internet connection is good. The log clearly shows that it doesnt work and it says this on all sky sports 1 channels when they freeze. I hoped that this problem could be solved but I think it is becoming clear that it cant. I am going to post a 5 minute log from SID 1076 just to prove im on the right channel now and it is still freezing

Please do it to my PM including server name, port No. Make it as a txt.file

I think that not all channels were scanned by receiver.

I dont think I can pm you as im not allowed to view your profile, im on the right channel as it says SID 1076 but it still freezes about 3 minutes in to the log and I dont change channel in this log either, here is 5 mins of the log let me know how to pm you and i will send you full log and server details. After the Moderator checked your last log, the conslusion is - your route. Internet connection is fine, but check the route to the server. During freezes, some packages can be (and ARE probably) lost. Find IPs - where are they lost and contact your internet provider.

I dont know what you mean mate, so what do i need to check ? What could be wrong ? How can i try to fix it ? Also why does it only happen on sky sports ? Cos music channels, comedy central and movies all have been fine. I honestly dont know what you mean, my internet is good my response times are good but packages are being lost ? I dont know what u mean find IPs and what do I say to my internet service provider ? I cant ring them and say my cardsharing is not working because of your internet, lol. Also I have done card sharing before on cccam only a few months ago on this connection and never had glitching or freezing. Are you sure this is what the problem is and it is nothing on your side ? winmtr_bin utility is used to check the route. You just enter Ip address of our server and press start. You will see the jumps (intermediate points from you (your internet provider) to us) and the number of packages lost (in %). Where the % is highest, that will be the reason of your freezes. In this regard, you will have to contact your internet provider and ask him - why? Or change try to change provider and check - what will be the route (and, consequently, freezes) using the other provider.

It seems most of my packets are being lost at hostedbyleaseweb whoever they are and whatever that means. I will ring my internet service provider now but what is a good legit reason for me calling ? As my internet works fine so what could I say to explain im annoyed about losing packets, online gaming or streaming sites ? Any suggestions ? Cheers, Rob aka insomniac

Check at which point (jump) (IP address) the packets are lost, and tell that to your internet provider. They know better how to resolve the problem.
