Channels are freezing very often

I have the same problem as user mtzmt https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=34407.msg121033;topicseen#msg121033

Channels (all) are not decoded and freezing, for last days very often (especially between 19:00-21:00 CET), I have Skylink HD 23E.

My internet connection is very stable.

bohužel mohu potvrdit, SkyLink ve večerních hodinách už asi 4 dny katastrofa, NC+ již v v odpoleldních hodinách ....

same here, wrote about it yesterday. CCCAM 2.3.0, VU+ zero, VTI image 8.2.3
Using "Settings for emulator CCCAM for Cccam protocol"; CCCAM 2.3.0; VU+ zero; VTI image 8.2.3, Skylink 23E

Hi, I have same problem. Last 3-4 days.
Is possible change connection server to difrent (more stable?) ? I´m still connected to serv3.

I can only confirm. The same problem with Skylink 23E and UPC Direct HD (cz, sk, hu) 1W :(

Same here since few days, different servers, 87 und 181, Astra 19 and Hotbird 13, here are some lines from logfile:

Never had this before, it runs rockstable for months, but now it happens sometimes, not specific time, day and night. This evening every 10-15 mins, after 1 min the service is back.

Network Router log has no packetloss or timeouts, inet connection is stable.

How can channels be freezing for you if you are banned? You cannot use CS at all, if I am not mistaken.

We checked your subscriptions - user "orangutan" has never had any subscription, nor you have any subscription NOW. The screenshot you provided has no username and it is not clear - which subscription it is.
Check all your receivers and delete all your old subscriptions.

what are you talking about? im using 4 years my setup on my receiver... my receiver cant do LOG, its old machine....

give me any GUIDELINE what i need to do
what subsription: give me any setup screenshot

You are using your old machine for already 4 years. OK. Have you ever updated firmware to your receiver?
Have you ever read sub-forum re: Ariva Ferguson receivers? Do you know all issues related to your model?

For your information: We are cardsharing service, but not Ferguson Ariva support. You are paying money for CS lines to use CS-service. If you follow our instructions correctly, everything must be OK. But if your receiver is problematic, this is not our problem, this is a problem of your receiver technical support. Check for firmware updates more frequently, update your system, and everything will be OK.
All your problems are due to your ignorance and because you do not read the forum created specially for you, not for me. Post your messages, ask other users questions, and I hope, you will receive a proper reply.
For the 4 years you are here (as you told), you did nothing.

Your receiver is not linux based. How do I know this? If you have no signature, no information is mentioned on your receiver, emulator, CS-protocol, etc. - how people will know what is your box or whatever? Are you joking?

You need help more from Ferguson Ariva support than from us. Our service is not for everybody with any receiver. Maybe, it's time to change your box and buy something better?

In the screenshot you provided, username is hidden. How do I know that this is you?
In this case, I trust Moderator more than you. According to Moderator, user "orangutan" has no subscriptions and never had. Prove it please.
If you were registered in the billing with other username different from "orangutan" - we ask all users to complete signature specifying their billing usernames, because they can be different from the forum username.
