Billing Problem with Piastrix on Weekends?

Hello, i add funds with the first option credit card 3d secure with piastrix. Normally it works and i see the add fund amount after payment is done. But now i make a payment i get a success message from bank, but the amount is not add in my account!? How long does this take or is this a error? In the Transactions history i cannot find the payment. On my Bank account i found it as an successful transfer-
