Could you please check why Polsat Sport Channels are not working from 12284 H and 12264 V ?

I noticed that for several days the channels from the POLSAT package (Polsat Sport HD, Polsat Sport Premium HD1,2,3,4,5... and sometimes also HBO 1,2,3) freeze every few seconds. Is there any chance to improve the quality of the service? Or is it time time for looking a new "supplier"?
