HD+ - Timeout Issue

Hello,

I have several times per hour freezers on HD+ channels.
According to Oscam.log it is related to "timeout (5000 ms)"
This cannot be an routing problem, because other providers are working well.

Do you have an idea?

I am using:

OSCAM with newcamd protocol. (OSCam: 1.20_svn Build: r11517)
Dual Line, Package "VIP Germany"
VU+ Solo 2 Receiver

Yes I did.
Only when I restart OSCAM, files oscam.ccache and oscam.srvid2 will create automatically.

One more question- what is the image used at your receiver?

OE-System:           openvuplus 3.0
Firmware-Version:   VTi 14.0.3

I think, image problem, though I am not sure. What I can suggest is to change image, for instance, to use OpenPli. It is not so problematic as VTI. I have no other suggestion. After installing OpenPli, use the same instructions for Oscam installation and set up.
This is the most efficient way other than to find out where is the problem with HD+ freezes

I have never used OpenPLI Images due to the fact that I am very satisfied with VTI images.
Maybe I will try.... which version should I prefer? The latest version 7.0 ?

I know that the users having VTI are very difficult to change it. However, you will be sure that, if everything is OK with HD+ on OpenPli, the problem is in VTI. Use the latest available on OpenPli web-site. As for Oscam, download it via Feed and use the link I gave you before
