hello, what's the difference between this two packages?
which channels or providers are this "exclusive" that only ultra package has?

Hi,
If you make a table from these two packages, you will see that the difference is minor: only two "exclusive" packages are available in VIP ALL ULTRA - NTV+HD (36E, West) and Max TV (16E). Additionally, some packages listed in the News are also included to the both packages.

Hi, it is not 100% guaranteed, as it is included in VIP packages only
