banned account

Hi, how can I unbanne my account (upcsat4). There was some problem on my receiver and I got bann for casscading, i am using OSCAM emulator, first I usued  oscam settings for cccam server, now I changed it to Newcamd server..
Suma can You help me??

I now, but there was some problem with receiver, it is my costumer, he has 5 accounts on your servwer (vipsky1, 2, 3, upcsat4 and upcsat5), he dont know how to set up receiver for cascading, it was some problem with VU+ emulator...
