I have VIP ALL and do not have access to Vivid channels (Red HD and Touch)

Redlight HD is working from 13E 11662V27500 3/4 8 PSK
Vivid Red HD http://en.kingofsat.net/find.php?question=Vivid is a new channel, Polsat package (from 13E). We cannot extend the package, unfortunately.
Vivid Touch (from 13E) - probably, provider has closed the channel. There is no such channel on 13E any more.

180102: Vivid Touch started on Eutelsat Hot Bird 13B: 12188 V
