Im about to buy some subscription for polish tv, but still thinking how safe it is?
Is there any possibility to be caught? Can i use vpn for connection to your servers?

Cant figure that xxx's channels are included in nc+ package?

1. If you are not sure - don't buy any subscription.
2. Re: safe - please read the forum and pay attention to the dates when the server was established.
3. To be caught by whom and why?
4. If using VPN, your IP shall be static.
5. XXX channels are included in a separate subscription (refer to the price-list at www.cardsharingserver.com)

You are confusing torrents and cardsharing. Seeds and leeches are "torrent" terms and are applied to torrent-servers and torrent-tv.
Cardsharing is different. Nobody is seeding and nobody is leeching.
