New Skylink channel UP Network dont work.

Hi,
since 14 april 2017 skylink add two new channel. First is 213 HD this channel work and second is UP Network and this channel dont work.
Please fix it is it possible.

UP NETWORK : 11798 H, DVB-S2, 8PSK, SR 29500, FEC 3/4, service ID: 5144, video PID: 3585 (MPEG-4/SD), audio PID: 3595 CZE (MPEG), 3605 original (MPEG)
CA systems: Irdeto (CAID 0624/0D96), Viaccess (CAID 0500/051910), Mediaguard.
