I can not connect to serv87 since this morning ...

There are 2 servers provided in your settigs - one is main, the other one is backup. In case of the main server failure, backup server must be active and running. Check your settings and compare them with those provided in the billing. Both lines (CWS or C or N) must be added to your receiver settigs.

@suma: It´s a dual-login-account. Only serv87 is assigned to my account.

I additionally now tried newcamd protocol. After 3000ms I ran in to a timeout on each protocol (CCAM/Newcamd) for the whole package. I can not reach serv87 on any protocol. The subscription is prolonged for several weeks. Yesterday evenening there was no problem to connect to the server.
