Problem with Payment through bitcoin

I've paid yesterday through SpicePay with bitcoins. It seems The payment went through because I received a message with the invoice number and with the message that the payment was successful. Only my account here says that my deposit ist still zero.

I've asked already SpicePay if there is a problem with the payment. They said I should ask you.
What can I do know?
