Some recommendations:
Be sure that emulator is active and running
Check if Internet connection is available in your receiver
Be sure that LAN cable is connected to your receiver and router
Reboot router
Be sure that in network settings of your receiver, except for ip address, mask of subnetwork and gateway, correct nameserver (DNS) is specified. Typically, it's the same ip address that the gateway has. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to the DNS field.
Compare sharing settings in the receiver with those specified in the billing, "My subscription" submenu, be sure that emulator settings are available and have not been erased.
Be sure that letters' register is OK in your login and password (smAll, caPital)
Be sure that settings data do not contain extra spaces or other symbols
Check if your IP has not been banned by the server. For this, run command line on your PC and type "ping servername", replacing the word "servername" with the domain name of the server. If you received a response measured in milliseconds, it means that your ip address was not banned by the server
