Hi,
I am unable to make a payment through SecurePay platform and InterKassa platform
All my Visa cards are not accepted without a clear reason.
Yet I know that my cards don't have any problems so I don't understand

Given these complications I abandoned my action.
Question: Can I pay by PayPal?

Hi,
Contact SecurePays or Interkassa customer support service and ask them why they do not accept your cards.
Check if your proxy or VPN (if any) are disabled. This is important.
We do not have PayPal option in the billing.

Exactly same problem I have during las 3 days,
can't pay not through Interkassa, nor Trio.
My visa card has no problem, meanwhile making
payments on other websites.
However I had no problem with Interkassa before.

For Collins and those who had a problem
to pay via Interkassa, (Visa/Master card)

Have contacted to Interkassa and than to Liqpay,
as far as finally payment is managed by Liqpay.
They solved the problem immediately.
After one week fighting, finally I have managed to pay via Interkassa.
