Descramble error

I get this message:

cwc: Can not descramble service "BT Sport 1", access denied (seqno: 20 Req delay: 30 ms) from cwc-???.net-xxxxx-0963

Whats wrong?
I tested before I subscribed and all was well.

Access denied means that you are using either wrong login or password, or wrong port, or something is wrong in your CWS line. Check and compare CWS line data provided in the billing with the one added to your emulator settings. Most probably that you've got some error. Check letter by letter, digit by digit.
Also check which emulator is used in your receiver. CWS line is for MgCamd emulator. If you are using the emu different from MgCamd, you have to disable it.
