Bitcoin Interface Not Showing

Hi,
yesterday I entered bitcoin payment page through cardsharing server to see how much bitcoin i would need to buy for my subscription,
I went into my account on spicepay bitcoin and completed transaction to buy bitcoin.
I went back to cardsharing to use bitcoin interface and found it was not there,
what has happened? it is missing from mirror site as well.

i tryied yesterday to refund my account but the option refund by btc was not shown.
Today likes the same. Whats the problem? I need a refunded account this evening, we all want to the the german classico!

Otherwise i payed with paypal, but if it will took 48hours is this method to late.

Will payment by btc come back soonly?

Any estimate when the bitcoin payment option might work again?
I loved it before, how fast it was and how secure I felt.
My subscription ends in 9. March... so I am kinda worried

I have to refund ~10 Users. If it not come back soon i must Transfer them to an other Provider :-(
