cant pay by any credit card

I'm using a turkish credit card to pay and I'm having problems with all systems. For example  Liqpay says Error occured.  Limit error.

Hi, credit card payments via Liqpay are not working. Use Primary merchant for Visa/MasterCard (via SecurePays merchant) or  Bitcoins.

Disable VPN or proxy if you use it
