Serious rules violations detected?

Subscription start yesterday. Yesterday worked fine, but from today I have some problems. I have many freezing, and in my account in "Connections history" this message: "Requests to the main and reserve server for decoding of different channels were detected at the same time. It is strictly prohibited by the rules! It is allowed to connect the only receiver and the only emulator to the server and watch the only channel. Violation of rule No.12"

But I have ONE receiver, ONE emulator and watch the ONLY channel. What's wrong?

Maybe, Cccam emulator is the reason? Are you sure, it is set up properly?

Golden Interstar Xpeed LX1  1 x DVB-S2

Image come with step-by-step guide and it was pre-configured image. That is why oscam.

I can sent login names with private message if needed.

Now everthing works ok. I reinstalled the image  and use only one active subscription.
