Webmoney is not working

usually I use webmoney for payment. But today right after I input the amount I got the following message:

"err: -2147467259 Unspecified error step:121"

Whats the problem with webmoney? Please help me.

I think, it's a global problem, I have similar questions from my friends and other WM users also tell about the error on WM forum.
