French Lover (XXX) 13E and SatisfactionTV HD (XXX) 13E don't work today..

Yesterday after ordering those packages everything was OK and work perfect.
Today from morning all those programms French Lover (XXX) 13E and SatisfactionTV HD (XXX) 13E don't work and I see black screen.
Other packages in my subscription  work with no problem.
Please help.
1. My username in the billing - berni1972
2. My equipment - VU+ DUO2 with VTI firmware
3. Emulator - CCcam
4. My subscription - till 14.01.2016 and 14.03.2016
5. Software used for sharing (CCcam 2.1.3)

CCcam 2.1.3 must work with all packages and channels. Do you use any softcam?

I have run only CCcam server 2.1.3 and nothing else I dont have installed in Cam Manager.
I share one local paid card and thats all.
What do I have to do?

According to your subscriptions - you have 4 - you have to use Cccam emulator for Newcamd protocol.
Do you have Newcamd protocol in your receiver?
The thing is that you were not quite attentive when adding ports No. to your Cccam settings.
Open NEWS in the billing and read thoroughly how to set up Cccam via Newcamd!
Everything is working OK.
As for billing statistics (Connections history), you were watching Polsat Sport Extra and XXL only. There were NO asks (requests) from your receiver to the server for the rest of your subscriptions.
Check emulator, check protocol used in your settings. We recommend using MgCamd 1.35 emulator. If you are using Cccam, you have to set up your receiver so that the settings were through Newcamd protocol.

By the way - if i have enabled DISABLE EMM : yes in cccam.cfg, the autoupdate of paid card inserted to the emulator slot is working or not?

Cardsharing is not designed to be used with official cards (either CS or card).
Without knowing how to configure both, we do not recommend using off.card.
