Openbox editor tool

Hello everybody

Could someone advise which
program or editor tool is the best
for Openbox, (like DCC for dreambox)
Particularly Openbox V8Se.
I know it is possible to edit emu
through the menu of this receivers,
but I would like to have it trough the loptop.
Pls advise the link of it.
