Dear friends!!! Need help, please!

Hello Users,

first, i´m sorry for my really bad english (i´m german), but School teach not everything 

My Hardware: Diablo WiFi, Underworld 2.6 in Samsung TV PS59D6900 (integrated Receiver)

I know this Hardware is not the best for cardsharing, but before Switch middle December 2014, i was very satisfied. Since the conversion, only i have all five minutes encoded Signal (before december maybe 1-2 encoded Signal per day).

The backup Server is activated and all Connections are "connected", yet i have too much Dropouts.

Well, i hope anyone help´s me, best would be if a german Person with the same Hardware.

Very important note for admin´s!! ...please don´t banned me for this post or something like, but i´m not so good in english (to read to much treads). Only i Need help and i want continue te be a loyal customer  THX!!
