No BT sport extra

Lost it over the weekend  , tried with a different provider and works ok.
Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks, that's what I'm trying on SID 50331 But does not clear.

Perhaps we just don't get it as part of a package.

All BT Sports channels are working - BT Sports, BT Sports extra, Bt sports mosaic
