After new OSCAM setting VIP POLAND

Hello,
After paste new setting for OSCAM , on package VIP Poland working only two channels Canal+ on SD. 
Example: 
Canal + Sport HD - not working
Canal + Sport - working
Canal + Family - HD and SD - not working
Canal + Family2 - HD and SD - not working
Canal + Film - HD and SD - not working
Canal + Film2 - HD and SD - not working
Canal + - working
Canal + HD - not working
