Only gets black screen

Hi everyone.
Im hoping there is someone in here, who can help me with my problem.

The only thing i get on my ariva 102 mini box, is a black screen on my tv.
The program guide is showing, but nothing happens.

Have tried to do the same on my dreambox, but still only black screen.

All login information is correct, antenna setup is perfect, and can find all the channels i have bought here, but still lack screen

Hope there is some help to find here
