VIP Poland - problem on all servers

There is a problem with NC+ package right now. We will try to solve ASAP.

A temporary solution is:

1) For VIP Poland: delete port from your config port 20211

2) For VIP All: delete from your config port 20103

hi i'm new on the forum but i'm using vip poland subscription from more than year and from couple days  i have this same  problem.  i was  spoke with two people who using the same subscription and they have this same problem.

Hi. It is not only nc+. Polsat cyfrowy is freezing too... Removing port from our settings is not a solution. It did not help.

The problem occurs again. Unfortunately, there are still freezing channels. it happens every minute on each channel.

I can confirm that it is still freezing on server_45, server_497 . When I have changed to old subscription which I have unused for a couple of montchs as a spare on server_258 and server 291.bit it seems to be working fine . I ve tried 3 different boxes openbox s10, spiderbox hd , and openbox f5s . In my opinion this is the problem -servers .
Removing line 1) For VIP Poland: delete port from your config port 20211
does not change a thing .

You have just put that info yesterday and the problem exist few days now. anyway im not here to argue with you. I just want to know is this a server fault or new coding system like in the SKY UK. At the moment I have only several channels working

Would you consider to give free access to VIP All for all VIP Poland subscribers before you fix it, so we can at least try to watch football matches somewhere else (I quess this is majority of your customers). Yesterday we coudn't watch Grand Derby, today we miss Manchester-Chealsea game If I would have access to VIP All I could watch them on some english channels at least (Sky for example)

I am not sure that free access to VIP ALL will be given to the users, however, it's our practice to compensate the time lost during the period of the package inability. Most likely that some period will be added to subscribers free of charge as a compensation.

Are you detected the reason of errors bounded with VIP Poland? I would to know, if this is new issue's fault, or your server's? Few days ago I've bought decoder, I hope that I didn't lose my money.

Thank you for your reply, but the problems also include Cyfrowy Polsat ?
Port fix  didn't work for me .
