This channels should work for every Polsat subscription.

Before asking this question, it would be nice that you at least read Polsat official web-site.
The channels start broadcasting from September, 6.

but there are test boards on this channels for subscribers, polsat cards are decoding them.

Of course there is some time to september, but if now polsat cards are decoding this channels i'm confused why your server doesn't do it.
