But I bought 1 year's subscription a few months ago. Why am I getting this email?

HD+ is included in the VIP ALL Ultra, and you are using it twice. I.e. - you have 2 similar subscriptions and use the same login and password, it is not allowed by the rules (you need to open one more account and watch, say, HD+ using other login-password). That is why you've got this e-mail.

Hi suma.

I don't need HD+ anymore so I froze it, and bought VIP ALL Ultra instead. I have removed all ports from config files, and inserted the new ones.
But why am I getting the "Please be noted that your subscription will end at 2014-01-24" email? As you can see, my subscription still has 10 months remaining.
