sports 1 hd not working

Hi iam having problems with sports hd 1
i using a gigablue quad box with mgcamd 138 server 312

You will have problems because mgcamd 1.38 is not recommended. Only 1.35 !

How did you install 1.38? Via menu of the receiver or manually?
I am not sure which Enigma is used in your receiver - E1 or E2?
Depends on the model of your receiver and Enigma version.

i installed 1.38 from a ipk

i have reflashed my box with the latest vix img installed mgcamd 1.35a from a ipk but still  sport hd not work all others seem fine :S
my sports 1 hd id is 3802.just doing a blind scan to update channel list ect

hello lads can i ask you here i was using original fw on my hdbox with mgcamd1.38 and picture sometimes got scrumbled.I flashed enigma2 platino with mgcamd1.38d which works good at least with skylink package.Yesterday i had little problems with sky uk when the picture started little bit shaking after watching few minutes(today it isnt).I would like to try mgcamd1.35a from suma´s link he provided http://www.dreamboxtool.com/MGcamd/MgCamd-1-35a-Complete-for-e2.html. but i dont know how to get rid of mgcamd 1.38d manualy because i cant see option to uninstal(delete mgcamd from bin and mg_cfg from keys folder will help?) and then how to instal 1.35 version.I downloaded version from dreamboxtool.com there is folder usr with bin folder script folder and uninstal folder but i dont know where to put them there is an instruction in german language to put something into tmp folder.And with original fw i was able to get logfile but on enigma2 i cant make it work.Thank you if u answer

I talk to the Moderator just 2 days ago, and he confirmed that ALL 3 duplicates of sky sports 1 HD are working:
