What is the channel you are trying to watch? Is the whole package freezing for you?
have you tried to change server via billing?

I can´t say if it is the whole package! Sometimes it´s one channel, sometimes another! But not often...Maybe once a day..But then i have to switch off Receiver and turn on again in order to make the receiver work again...

Not tried to switch server yet, because i only have the choice between two! The one i use and another one which is described to be "unstable"! And i don´t know if an unstable Server is the solution...

Last posts in HD+ sub-forum is dated July, 2013... Nobody but you have problems.
Either, the problem can be in the firmware of your receiver (try to reinstall firmware and mgcamd), or internet connection.
Also try to ping server during freezes.

Reinstalled Firmware! Same thing...I pinged the server during a freezer but server has a callback time from 18ms...So there´s no problem! Maybe should i try mgcamd1.38?! At the moment i have 1.35a installed...

Your receiver is not compatible with our server, it seems to me.
Please read the forum, there is many issues with this receiver

I suggest that you change receiver. Before purchasing full subscription, we always recommend to take a free or paid test. MgCamd 1.38 will fail similar to 1.35. We guarantee a stable work of the server only if MgCamd 1.35 is used.
