Scrambled Channels

I have had a subscription for nearly a year now with little or no problems.  On Friday all paid channels suddenly became Scrambled.  I checked my subscription, prolonged it again for another month it was still active though).  I have deleted the newcamd profile and added a new one.  I have reinstalled the firmware (ScoobySnacks) but still all paid channels are scrambled.
