Dreambox DM800HD & Pli Image Problems with emulator settings

Hi,

I got feed up with the images I had until now, and downloaded the domica image, now the problem i encountered was that when trying to install mgcamd it ditched out some errors, no connection to server...
Any ideas?

The only idea is that your receiver has no internet connection.

Internet connection is fine, it downloads packet list and all, just failes to install mgcamd correctly, do you maybe have a newer link for newer version?

There is nothing special, just download mgcamd 1.35 from the menu.
In \usr\keys folder, you will see files required for mgcamd emulator: newcamd.list and mg_cfg. Edit them using DCC (Dreambox Control Center) assigning them 755 parameter.
Default mg_cfg is available on the forum (parameter B shall be 06); you will receive data for newcamd.list from the billing.
Just edit files, restart emulator and watch. That's all.

Which packet list are you talking about? After installation, you need to set up tuner from the menu, satellite you need and scan the channels.

When you go to download plugins it downloads the list with no problem.
But when using camd menu to download mgcamd it says that it couldnt the mgcamd file from domica server.
Not sure why.
I had problems registering on domica forums, not sure if this might be related.

Anyway, downloaded this:

And now everything works 100%, just Polsat Sport HD missing, which as far as I remember something at your end that you are working on.
