Missing chanels on canal digital nordic

Right now the following channels are not decoded (I never had those from the begging) :
Tv2 Sport 11247 on Thor 5 (Although I get on the same frequency Nyhetskanalen)
C more sport 11278
C more Fotboll 11278 (Although I get on the same frequency C more series&C more first)
Any idea what to do?

Are you sure, the channels are Finnish or Danich?

Tv2 Sport are norwegian and C more sport and C more Fotboll are swedish.

Can you please tell me where do I find this log file as I am new and do not know?
I get the message "server 1 connect ok working", and I have many other channels but not those I mentioned before

Ok thank you, I have read that only finnish and danish channels are guaranteed.On Viasat 4A are there any restrictions about channels?Can I change package from canal dig. to Viasat?

You have to send e-mail to Moderator with request to stop your subscription and refund. The remaining money will be returned to your balance and you will be able to buy other subscription.

The following channels on canal digital nordic 1w can't open:
12015 eurosport HD
11247 tv2
11278 Nyhetskanale
           C more Football
11247 tv2 Zebra
11247 tv2 Sport

Any ideas? Has the package changed? Anyone has the same problem?

Are you sure that all these channels are Finnish? Maybe, they are Norwegian?

A few days ago I've paid for  Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin+dk) and after 4 days I also paid for VIP Astra.
Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W (fin+dk) worked fine for a week,and after 1 day I bought VIP ASTRA I have been locked out from Server 1W.
Seems impossible to login. Is it some kind of conflig? I am using the same modem for both servers.
Any idea what to do?

Yes but the 2 subscriptions I have bought are on different satelite and does not include one each other!
Does that mean that I can not buy 2 different subscriptions?
I have 2 different satelite boxes.
Should I have different modems,Or should I create another acount?

Yes, you should create another account. Usernames shall be different for each subscription.

Send e-mail to the moderator with request to cancel one of your subscriptions. You will get refund. Then, you will be able to purchase a new subscription.

Have you cancelled your previous subscription before purchasing a new one with new login?
Please remember that you are connecting from the same IP, and most probable that you are banned. Did you receive any warning messages from the server?

No I did not cancel my subscription,but neither received any warning message from the server
