Hi,

In the near future. It does not help, that you ask the same question 1000 times. You will have to wait, like we all do.
They need to renew contract with Polsat Cyfrowy and as you may know the old one has to come to end. Let's wait then.
I can ensure you, that they will do their best to resolve this problem.

Yes, the channels are off now. Only 1 card has been activated for new contract. In the prime-time, the channels can be off-line. We are really sorry but we can do nothing. Load on the card is too large.

Yes-we must wait again:(  what is it prime-time? I think that prime-time=weekend....not Monday, Tuesday...

Channels are working now. I reset my Ariva settings.
