SKY UK Package Not working

I understand that you need to maintain your servers from time to time, but you may want to consider moving the maintenance window from 2 AM to 4 AM or later, as 2 AM in moscow is 10 PM in the UK

It is the end of the month, and anything may happen. Typically, we update cards, etc. in order to stabilize the work of all packages. Currently, we are improving the work of SkyUK and SkyItalia. This is for you, not for us. I think, better to be patient for 1-2-3 hours once than suffer from permanent freezes or picture stops during the rest time. Or I am not right? If you are a new user, i am just informing you on our so-called schedule of regular maintenance. Finally, it depends on provider. We are just trying "to match" providers. So, when it is better to take maintenance or profilactics - i think, Moderator knows better.
