subscribed channels scrambled

hello, I have recently purchased an amiko alien 2 box, firmware spark v1.2.54 with oscam4spark, newcamd protocol. I successfuly received a test channel from you but since subscribing to the sky uk hd package all but the freeview channels are scrambled. I have entered the server data sent to me with my subscription and everything seems to be correct. I'm afraid i don't know how to obtain a log file (complete beginner). I have spent several days looking at forums but can't find a solution. Can you help?
