1 WMZ <> 1 USD

Hi,
i've just recharged my account using WebMoney WMZ voucher.
If I'm not mistaken 1 WMZ is equal to 1 USD.
When I recharged my account with 20 WMX it was recharged only with 5 USD when I was expecting +20 USD.
What is wrong?

How did you recharged your balance?

Deposit->Pay by WebMoney -> Other methods then I wrote the voucher number and next the code that PDT service sent me but I immediately  realized there was a mistake.
Who can I contact to verify my account?

By default (the minimum amount to be added), it is 5 USD in the billing.
Probably, you have not changed the amount and left it as it was - 5 USD. This is the only explanation why only 5USD were deposited to your balance.

I didn't catch how it really worked.
I did again another deposit using left money and all went right.
