I have read the partnership program description and I quoted above from it.
my question is: does the system update the rate automatically on the 1st of next month if my referrals have bought their packages this month? Or do I need to contact the moderator to update it manually?

I am asking that because I can see in my referrals transaction history that they have made purchases for 15USD in January. and up till the moment i can see my ref.percent is 5% still.

Hi,
The system updates the rates automatically every day based on the analysis of referals for the last 30 days.
If you have not earned 2$ on your referals for the last 30 days (see the quote), the rate of 10% will be automatically reduced to 5% again.

Example: (must be provided in your referal cabinet)

Ref. percentage: 5%
Earned: 0.00$
Turnover for the whole period: 2.33$
Turnover for 30 days: 0.00$
or something like this.

It means that your earnings on your referals were below 2$ for the last 30 days. Result - 5%.

One more question to clarify the process.
If I earned more than 2$ on my referrals for the last 30 days, the rate of 5% will be automatically upgraded to 10%.
Or is it within one month, which means my earnings on my referrals must be at least 2$ from the 1st to the 30th?
I am trying to be clear on my question so that I will not bother you with more on the same subject.

Example1:
I earn at least 2$ on my referrals purchases from the 1st to the 30th of April, that means I have an upgrade from 5% to 10% in May(1st-31st). If no further gain on my referrals in May that exceeds 2$, I will get reduced from 10% to 5% on the 1st of June.

Example2:
I earn at least 2$ on my referrals purchases from the 13th of April to the 12th of May(30 days), that means I have an upgrade from 5% to 10% on the 13th of May, which extends to the 11th of June (30 days). If no further gain on my referrals from 13th of May to 11th of June that exceeds 2$, I will get reduced from 10% to 5% on the 11th of June.

I hope that at least one of those examples is right, and I need you kindly to tell me which one of them is right.

It does not matter, from 1 to 30 or 15 to 15 of the month. The system calculates the last 30 days.
If you referals are purchasing every month, and you get at least 2$ profit from them, you get 10%.
If below 2$, your % will be automatically reduced, and so on and so on.

Here is a copy from my referrals transaction's history. Despite reaching the balance of 2.67 in less than 30 days, I still have the rate of 5% in my billing page.
