Added:

- support of client part of CCcam protocol
- support of beta-tunnelling for 1833 ---> 1702 (SKY HD) requests
- opens SCT (S1.... S7, SCT) from Hotbird (13e) 11727 V SR 27500, no Softcam.key is required, keys are incorporated to EMU

To install, it is required to replace old mgcamd_1.31 file in /var/bin directory with new one with the same name.
If you failed copying and pasting, copy the name of the old file, delete it, uploading the new one, rename it with the name of the old file, assign 755 attributes. Don't forget to restart emulator.
