SKY UK Channels Down

I seem to be only getting response from a few of the SKY Branded SD channels such as Sky1, Sky Living ETC. I have checked and the server I'm on is correct and there also seems to be others who are not getting all the channels as well. This has been going on from as soon as I came home (probably earlier) at 17:30 GMT.

Sky 1 is off for me, but very few e.g. living+1 and Dave ja Vu are working. All HD is working fine. All I tend to watch is Discovery / Crime.. and all these are off

hi suma just swiched my box on and sky uk back on never needed to change server sorry for any inconvenience. It was only down yesterday, thanks for your patiants suma.

been with you for almost 2 months now everthings been ok and i accept things do go wrong,but some off the indian channels have been down now for 2/3 day e-mailed mod and i got "it can be today or next week i realy don't know"Our cards is not charged by view asia for next year..what does that mean no view asia package do i need to look for another server,are others having this problem?
what to do???

Everything is back up now, I'm very pleased witch your services as it all automatic and I don't have to wait days to get my login details. Also you are the cheapest on the web at Ј6 vs. Ј20 (other servers) so thank you.

Hello, if you are interested only in View Asia, you may freeze your subscription via the billing system. When the new cards are purchased and our official subsription is extended, you will be able to unfreeze your subscription again. The exact dates when it is available again are not known yet. If you don't want to wait, you may e-mail Moderator with request to refund and purchase any other package.

The only solution is to buy an official SkyUK card, pay for PPV (pay-per-view) channels and enjoy! Setanta channels are PPV and were never included in the subscription.

There is NO PROBLEM with channel. Scan manually. Or change your image. Probably, image bugs...

Im doing another scan now, its been great for about a week though, why would it change now, like i said ive implemented your changes and its been fantastic .
