Sky UK missing channels

Hi, i seem to be missing some sky channels, disney XD hd is not working infact all the disney HD are not, also sky 3d channel and some discovery HD, it only seems to be the hd and 3d channels that are affected if i put on a hd that gives me a black screen then i get a short turm ban from the rest. This is not good because i have to quickly change the channel so as not to get banned. All the settings are correct and i am running MGcamd 1.35a.
It is not all the HD channels that are affected as i can watch some. also all the sky uk adult channels are black screen?

Any help please.

Hi,
SkyUK has a lot of duplicated channels. Select the one which is OK and watch it. The remaining channels are disabled. Re: adult ch. in SkyUK - nobody has guaranteed them. There are specialised subscriptions for adult ch.
Without log-files, your posts will be ignored.

Why is there still no sky 3d you offer full sky UK but it`s not with out the 3d channel?
where do i get the log files from?

Who told you that we offer FULL SkyUK?
We never offerred full packages to our clients, only basic subscriptions.
For FULL subscription, you may buy an official card and enjoy.
3D channel was also never guaranteed.
We asked our users to provide serial No. to any 3D TV set and informed SkyUK on the number. They activated the channel, but it is not still working. What can we do for you? Please stop asking for the things which can be accessible to a single person!
I will repeat once again, for full subscription- buy SkyUK official card and enjoy!

both servers was down for about 48 mins my end. would have put log up but could not find usb stick :S back on now thow

There is no problem with the packages on the server. To prove your claims, provide your log files. Without logs, your posts will be ignored.

Whilst this doesn't add too much value, I just wanted to add that at exactly the same time I experienced the same issue. I assumed the problem was my end, but seems it wasn't. I'm afraid I don't have suitable logs, as they have already rotated (/me makes a note to make retention longer).

Following this, I did switch from newcamd to camd3 to see if that would resolve the issue.
