Hi, please, someone find it for exactly what I got banned? It happens to me is that when I look at HBO (sometimes Filmbox) and usually after 15 minutes I stop working for 10-15min. Before the month was everything OK ... what should I do pls? THX

thx. What exactly is a 'DW short interval detected' pls? and how can I fix it? Unused ports I now deleted, sorry, my mistake.

This problem is solved by changing firmware of your receiver. Look for the latest one

Menu> System> TV settings at the bottom shines the red button with the caption EDIT (Emulator included). To turn it off press the button on the remote control 7799

done. Emulation is turned off. Again my mistake, now it hit me. Sorry. So now everything is ok? Very thanks for the quick reply

ok, i tried the newest fw and all in UPC Direct HD works, just the Sport1 HD Netherland channel in Canal Digitaal Sat 19E not

Same results here, unfortunately... Isn't it that most of us switched to server 2 in a few days and that now this second is the overloaded server ;-)?

Should I better move back to server 1 or just wait a little bit, so to let things to assest better?

Suma - Same as the other guys, the channels are freezing every 30/40 seconds and now I am only receiving hand full of channels on both of my boxes I am subscribing to - all of my customers are having the same problems.

Tried the new server and not receiving any channels, please advise?

hi pls before 2 hours ago I changed the firmware at the receiver Ariva 200HD to the latest version 2.07B3patch  (patch Turned off) Everything is set up exactly according to 'My Subscriptions'. immediately after login to the server will be banned and now it's 45 minutes and it still does not work ping, please what can I do? For what I got the ban? THX

when you swich over from server1 to server2 you need to do it in your contrl panel and give it a few hours !!!

but finnish channels are not so good for me, beacuse on swedish channels is lots of a premierleague matches, at finnish not:)

All movie and sport channels are now off as well as all remaining channels freezing every couple in minutes, SUMA what is going on

Same with me i switched over to 2 but now i am back on 1. But today i now cant get half the channels on server 1 some will decode others will not?

The system is quick to hand out bans if you watch something that your not too, i wonder if they are going to be as quick to credit us all for today and any other days lost?? it seems ony fair?

Why am i banned? i have not reconnected, i never turn the box off??
