The function of the "FREEZE" buttion is to tempoarary suspend your subscription. For example, you are going to leave for vacations for some time. You have a subscription which is not finished yet. To temporary suspend your subscription, you may use the "FREEZE" button and your subscription will be temporary stopped until you activate it again.

the service is not free (USD1).

You must have 1 $ on your billing account.
You pay one time only 1$. (But don't forget to disconnect your receiver from internet for this time).

You subscription will freeze or starts again from 6:00 AM (Moscow time) next day.

It becomes active from 6:00 AM (Moscow time) next morning and stay frozen until you restore (recover) your subscription again.

You don't know what "no frozen time limits" means?
Charges (USD 1) will depend on how many times you will use FREEZE button. 1 USD is charged per 1 operation at a time.

How can I get the money back to my balance, when stoped the package?

I changed for another package.
Before I used VIP Czech, now I use VIP lite, but the VIP czech was valid to 1.8.2017.
The VIP Czech I suspended, but I would stop it completly, and get the money back to balance.
