csc 4.0.0.3 new with long ECM

Unzip to PLUGINS folder, replacing only dll file.
.ini file shall be in the same folder.

I have a skystar2 with progdvb 6.32.06 and N*va doesn't work with csc 4.0.0.3, but it works with 4.0.0.2 or 4.0.0.1

No problem. Use the CSC version which works well to open NOVA. By the way, long ECM does not refer to NOVA, it shall be used with NTV+, for instance.
