Allente not working?

I experience a lot of stops with channels in the Allente package. I've tried with TV4 for example.. I'm pretty sure it's not a local network problem and not a satellite signal issue. Anyone else that experience problems?

There were some issues with the Canal Digital package today, but we already fixed them this morning.
