big problem with paymen

Hello, can you please advise me why I can't add funds to my account for 2 days?
I also wrote to the administrator, I also called the bank to see if everything is fine and they say it is.
I pay with a VISA bank card and everything works until I enter the card details and then confirm it, it works for a while and then it says: error, payment was rejected or canceled!
I have tried everything, another web browser, direct links from the admin for payment, a second VISA card, I have also tried payment via mobile phone and also via PC and still nothing. Nothing is rejected or blocked in the bank. I am desperate.
