Skylink in VIP ASTRA package

Hi, i ordered VIP ASTRA package today, where should be also Skylink, but it doesn't work. Why ?
Can i get a refund ?

VIP ASTRA contains: 19E Sky Deutschland(HD), HD Plus (Deutschland), ORF, Canaal Digitaal, TV Vlaanderen, Hustler TV, VIVID TV, Digital+ (Movistar+) Spain, Skylink 19E

19E cotains only few Skylink channels: MTV 80s, VH1, Insight TV, Vivid

Normally all Skylink channels are on 23.5E and that ist not part of VIP Astra package.

Yes, that's right. Only 6 channels were added to 19E
