I'm having problems replenishing my account [Add funds].
Payment is not accepted. Lt. my bank is ok with my Mastercard. Please help me.

Hi there,

I've tried a VISA and Master card, but neither work. Lt. my bank is ok with the cards. Even small amounts like $ 5 won't work.
The message still comes: Result of refilling the balance Warning! Error when refilling the credit!
It doesn't work with any other browser either.
Please help me.

I have the same problem. After pay with visa card, page log out and then payment was canceled.

Depends on the issuing bank; which security filters are applied by the bank..  The payment is successfull, if 3 conditions are fulfilled. 
1) The card shall support 3D secure (SMS)   
2) Internet payments shall be allowed
3) IP address of the country shall conform with the country where the card was issued, as well as the country shall be EU member or CIS member.   Cards issued in other countries are not accepted. Virtual cards are not accepted. Prepaid cards are not accepted as well.

One more advice: use different browsers, private mode shall be disabled, cookies allowed

Payment by Mastercard EU via Betatransfer stopped working for me even works fine 4 weeks ago. Does not matter what browser is used. Private mode disabled, cookies allowed.

Piastrix ant Onepay is banned (bank explanation too many complains of fraudulent transactions) so I can not pay with my Mastercard too

Заводите Webmoney и оплачивайте ими. Привыкли все картами платить, отвыкайте. Надо понимать, что наш сервис находится не в числе легальных, а потому и платежные системы реагируют соответственно. И Главный вам здесь не поможет. Это ВЫ ищите выход из положения, альтернатива всегда есть. Захотите смотреть ТВ, выход как оплатить всегда найдется. А кто не хочет искать выход, пусть ищет сервис в соответствии со своими предпочтениями. Как-то так...

unfortunately it still doesn't work. I've tried all the points.
The problem has only existed since the website was redesigned.
My bank has checked everything so far, but cannot find any errors on the part of Mastercard Deutschland.
Here in the forum you can read that other users also have problems with the Mastercard payment.
What else can I or you do to make it work?

es funktioniert leider immer noch nicht. Ich habe alle Punkte ausprobiert.
Das Problem besteht erst, seitdem die Internetseite neu gestaltet worden ist.
Meine Bank hat soweit alles überprüft, kann jedoch keinen Fehler von seitens der Mastercard Deutschland feststellen.
Hier im Forum liest man, dass andere User auch Probleme mit der Mastercardzahlung haben.
Was kann ich bzw. ihr noch unternehmen, damit es funktioniert.

perhaps try Webmoney (if available, I know from different accounts that payment method Webmoney is not available on all accounts)
Webmoney need some work to setup an account, perhaps the easiest way is to use the mobile phone app, which can also be used to scan your passport.
Also it seems unpleasant to transfer money by bank transfer (to a given name and bank using a special subject) but even if it takes some time, up to 4-5 days as shown before, money has always arrived in my Webmoney account.

Vielleicht mal mit Webmoney versuchen ? (so verfügbar, auf verschiedenen CS-Accounts sehe ich die Zahlungsoption Webmoney nicht bei jedem Konto).
Die Einrichtung geht mit der Handy App meiner Meinung nach am Besten, auch das scannen des Persos zur Authentifizierung.
Zum Aufladen des Webmoney-Kontos überweist man Geld an eine genannte Person mit ebenfalls genanntem Betreff und das kann auch mal 4-5 Tage dauern, aber hat bei mir immer funktioniert. Manchmal sind auch Sofort-Einzahlungen bei Webmoney möglich, das ist aber nicht immer der Fall und hat deutlich höhere Gebühren, per Banküberweisung/Einzahlung ist es auch am günstigsten.
