SkyDe updated settings for newcamd protocol

Dear SkyDE subscribers,

If newcamd protocol is used for connection to the server, you will need to connect to 2 ports (09c4 and 098c) to have full access to the package. Please log-in to your account in the billing (cardsharingserver.com) and get actual data for connection. You are also recommended to update your receiver settings.
